• Microsoft 365 (Microsoft Corporation) — hosts the mailbox where your message is received and stored.

These providers process your information only on our instructions and for the purposes above. Resend and Microsoft 365 are US-based, so submitting the form involves transferring your information to the United States; where required, these transfers rely on the providers' standard contractual safeguards. We may also disclose information where required by law.

How long we keep it

We retain contact-form messages and the associated details in our mailbox for as long as needed to handle your inquiry and any resulting business relationship, and thereafter only as long as reasonably necessary for our legitimate business and legal record-keeping purposes. We delete or anonymize messages that no longer serve a purpose, and you may ask us to delete yours at any time.
